CANCELLATION POLICY

**Cancellation and Deposit Policy**

 

At Volimé Esthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring availability for all our clients. To help manage our schedule and reduce last-minute cancellations, we have implemented the following deposit and cancellation policy:

 

**Deposit Policy** -

 

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

 

**Cancellation Policy** - **24-Hour Notice**:

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. -

 

**Late Cancellations**:

 

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. -

 

**No Shows**:

 

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will forfeit your deposit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy helps us manage our time and resources efficiently, allowing us to better serve all our clients.
